Crypto only, on 9 coin and network pairs. What follows is what each pair asks of you before your balance moves: the confirmations required, the median wait, and the deposit minimum that actually applies.

The short answer

Confirmations run from 2 to 32 depending on the network you pick, and the median wait from 20 sec to 20 min.

The deposit minimum is $25.00 on every pair. It is a platform floor, and it sits above the network minimum in almost every case, so the network figure quoted elsewhere is rarely the one you meet.

One exception: USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20) has a network minimum of $50.00, which is higher. That is what applies there, and it is the only pair where the floor is not $25.00.

Network fees are not listed anywhere on this page. Your wallet pays them to the network, they move by the hour, and a published figure would be wrong within a day.

The minimum column is the figure that applies, not the network's own limit: it is the higher of the platform floor of $25.00 and the network minimum. Confirmations and median times come from the network, so congestion moves the wait but never the requirement.

Choosing a network: fees against speed

The coin decides what you hold. The network decides what the transfer costs you and how long you wait. You pick both when you generate an address, and neither can be changed once the transfer is broadcast — so the choice is worth thirty seconds.

  • If the fee matters most

    Fees are paid by your wallet to the network, never to us, and they vary with congestion rather than with the amount you send. On a small deposit the fee is the whole argument: the same coin can cost cents on one chain and several dollars on another at the same moment. Check the fee your wallet quotes before you confirm, not after.

  • If the wait matters most

    The median wait across the table runs from 20 sec to 20 min. That is the difference between a balance that is there before you switch tabs and one you come back to. The wait does not depend on how much you send: a large transfer confirms in the same time as a small one, on the same network.

  • If your wallet only speaks one chain

    Some wallets support a single family of networks, and the same coin can exist on several of them under names that do not match. Start from the network your wallet can actually send on, then pick the coin that is open on it. Choosing the coin first is how people end up sending on a chain we cannot credit.

Depositing from a wallet you control

MetaMask, Trust Wallet, a hardware wallet, an exchange withdrawal screen — the cashier hands you an address, and what sends to it is your business.

There is no Connect Wallet button on this site and nothing to sign. A deposit is an address and an amount: you pick an asset and a network, the cashier shows the address and its QR code, and you send to it from wherever the coins already sit. A browser wallet does that exactly the way a hardware wallet or an exchange withdrawal does. Nothing is ever connected, so nothing here sees your keys, your other balances or the rest of your history — and there is nothing to revoke afterwards either: no token approval, no session key, no contract left holding an allowance over your wallet.

The one thing a wallet will not do is pick the network for you. EVM chains share an address format, so a transfer sent on the wrong one leaves the wallet, is accepted by that chain, and never arrives here. Set the network in the wallet to the same word you selected on the deposit screen, then send.

Anything outside those chains needs a wallet that actually holds it: BTC, LTC, SOL, and XMR are sent from their own wallets, or straight from an exchange withdrawal with the network set to match. Whatever sends the transfer, the balance it creates lives in the account rather than in the wallet, and a withdrawal goes back out to whatever address you give us. That is the whole of the relationship: an address in, an address out.

What to do when a transfer went out on the wrong network

Why the confirmation count changes from one network to the next

A confirmation is one block added on top of the block that carries your transfer. Each new block makes reversing it more expensive, which is what turns a broadcast transaction into a settled one. The count is set per network, never per deposit, and it does not change with the size of what you send.

The count tracks how fast the network produces blocks. Chains that produce a block every few seconds need a lot of them before a transfer is hard to undo; chains that produce one every few minutes need very few. That is why SOL on Solana asks for 32 and still credits in 20 sec, while BTC on Bitcoin asks for only 2 and takes 20 min. A high confirmation count is not a slow network, and a low one is not a lax rule.

The counter runs live on the deposit screen while you wait, so you can see exactly where a transfer is instead of guessing.

What to check before you send

  • The network selected in your wallet is the network on the deposit screen, letter for letter. A coin that exists on several chains will happily let you send it on the wrong one.
  • The amount you send is the exact amount displayed, before your wallet takes its fee out. A wallet that deducts the fee from the amount leaves the deposit short.
  • The amount clears the minimum for that pair. The minimum in the table is the one enforced, and a transfer below it does not credit automatically.
  • If a memo or tag is shown, the transfer carries it. Without it, an incoming transfer cannot be matched to your account on its own.
  • The address is still inside its validity window. After it closes, generate a new one rather than reusing the old address.

What happens after you send

  1. Broadcast

    Your wallet hands the transfer to the network. Nothing has happened on our side yet: at this stage the transaction exists only on the chain, and the deposit screen is still waiting to see it appear.

  2. Confirming

    Once it is seen, the counter starts and the deposit moves to confirming. The count it has to reach is the one in the table above. How long that takes belongs to the network, not to us.

  3. Credited

    When the count is reached, the balance is credited in your account currency and the deposit is final. If an offer was attached, the bonus lands at the same moment. A transfer that arrives short, late, or on another network does not fail silently — it goes to manual handling and stays visible on the deposit screen.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid back in crypto, on a network you choose at the time of the request. The coins available for withdrawal are the coins in the table above, and the same rule about matching networks applies in the other direction.

Why crypto only

A card deposit passes through an issuer, an acquirer and a scheme before it reaches an account, and each of them can hold or reverse it. An on-chain transfer settles once, and the confirmation count tells you exactly when it is final.
